Vaya Partners’ Human Rights Committee (HRC) helps ensure processes are in place to protect human rights, civil rights, and client rights of all Vaya Partners members.
What are the HRC’s responsibilities?
The committee is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and providing feedback about trends in grievances and incidents, such as the use of restrictive interventions, abuse, neglect, exploitation, death, and medication errors. It reports to the Vaya Partners Board of Directors and meets at least quarterly.
